RETREAT DETAILS

Wise Woman/Laughing Crone and Sally Brucker ATR-BC are overjoyed to invite you to this retreat at magical Lunita Jungle Retreat (www.lunitajungleretreat.com)in beautiful Puerto Morelos, close to the Mexican Riviera.

For the past 3 winters, Sally, who lives in Washington, D.C., has made Puerto Morelos her winter home, and she is delighted to share it with you. She will be presenting this retreat with local healers and teachers from the area in what promises to be a unique combination of her work with the local culture.

Sally’s insights and wisdom are apparent in all her workshops. It’s clear she leads from the heart and has a wealth of experience to draw from — KM

Whether you have been to Mexico before or if it’s your first time, we promise it will be both fun, educational, relaxing, and unique.

Fly into Cancun’s modern airport and be warmly greeted for a scenic 40-minute ride to Lunita Jungle Retreat - your serene home for the next days.

You will meet kindred spirits and enjoy beautiful accommodations, delicious and locally sourced meals prepared by the resident chef and catered to your dietary needs, a peaceful pool, and inviting hammocks. Birds sing and gentle monkeys may pass overhead, as you settle into the gentle rhythm of the jungle, surrounded by comfort and safety. It is a world close to ‘civilization’ and yet far away. It is a place to ‘lose your mind and come to your senses’ (Fritz Perls)!

I find that as I think back on our wonderful retreat, I truly got so much out of it. I feel freer, more centered, and more focused— B.W.

Choose from daily meditation, guided imagery, simple art and writing exercises, or simply relax. Experience a traditional Maya Shaman ritual, a Maya Cacao Ceremony, a refreshing dip and ritual in a nearby Cenote, and the calming magic of sound healing. There will also be time for a beach visit or a soothing massage.

Sally, what a beautiful, deep, dazzling, and moving retreat. I’m buzzing and at the same time, I am experiencing a calm that I so need, thanks to you — K.T.

If you choose to extend your stay, we can help you book both rooms and excursions, of which there are many to choose from.

Your guide, artist, and art therapist, Sally Brucker, brings decades of experience to create a sensory, soulful, and fun Journey for you. Her emphasis will be based on your questions and needs at this time. Before you sign up, you will have an opportunity to have a Zoom q and session with Sally and a private one-on-one interview.
